Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund for purchases made on our site except where stated that there are no refunds. The refund guarantee is valid from the day you made your purchase (the date you paid the purchase).

Any refund requests made AFTER the 30-day period will not be issued as you have gone beyond our refund period.

Renewals on subscriptions are not considered first time subscriptions and are not subject to a refund.

Refund is applicable for front-end or main product only. Special promotion discount, upsell, one time offer and downsell are not subject to a refund.

 

Refund Request

Every product we sell provides a way to contact our support helpdesk.

If for whatever reason, you are not happy, the CORRECT and ONLY acceptable way to request a refund is to e-mail us at [email protected] with your purchase proof or receipt ID to us and we will issue you a refund.

Please understand that you cannot file a refund and it is not a proper way to request a refund using any other way such as PayPal disputes, Stripe disputes, Credit Card Chargebacks, General Refund Requests, etc.

If you do not agree or consent to the term in this policy, please do not make a purchase. If you are unsure, please do not make a purchase. If you agree only to parts of this policy, please do not make a purchase.
